Allow Students Access After the Course End Date
Students are generally allowed to access a course for up to 60 days after a semester ends unless the instructor has manually changed the course end date. If the course end date has passed it impacts the ability of all students listed on the Classlist to access the course.
In cases where the instructor needs to provide access to a course after the course end date to a specific student or just a few students, the instructor can change the student(s) role in the Classlist. Changing a student’s role to Student wIncomplete via the Classlist allows a student to bypass the course end date setting and access the course. You may still need to adjust due dates for activities such as quizzes and assignments so that the student(s) may finish any incomplete activities.
