In cases where a student (or group of students) has received an Incomplete, instructors can provide access to a course without adjusting the course end date.
Generally students are allowed to access a course for up to 60 days after a semester ends unless the instructor has manually changed the course end date. If the course end date has passed it impacts the ability of all students listed on the Classlist to access the course. To bypass a course end date and provide a specific student or group of students with access to a course, the instructor can use the Student wIncomplete role in the Classlist.
Once an instructor changes the student(s) role, they may also need to modify the due dates for activities within the course.
