Student Laptop Checkout

Student laptop checkout is a service provided by Information Technology (IT) for students to check out laptops (Windows operating system only), on a per semester basis, based on availability. Software installed on these laptops is the same software installed on GGC classroom and Information Commons computers. 

Students may request a laptop. If a laptop is available, students will be notified when the laptop is ready for pickup at the GGC Help Desk in Building A, Suite 1040.

Checkout Agreement

Students must complete and sign an Off-Campus agreement when picking up a laptop. 

Laptops not returned by the due date will result in fees and/or holds being applied to the student’s Grizzly Den (Banner) account.
