Adobe Acrobat Pro DC allows faculty and staff access to create and edit accessible PDF files and forms.
Adobe Acrobat Pro is available to all current Georgia Gwinnett College faculty and staff by request for installation on GGC-managed devices. Information Technology (IT) recommends that faculty and staff that create PDF files for electronic distribution request access to Adobe Acrobat Pro in order to take advantage of the advanced accessibility features.

Information Technology will be transitioning all faculty, staff, and students to new Adobe licensing and storage models beginning December 15, 2023.
