OneDrive Access
To access OneDrive on a personal device, you may have to activate your Microsoft 365 license through GGC. Read our article for instructions on accessing Microsoft 365 on a non-GGC device.
Need to transfer a file from your computer or other device? Need to collaborate on a report or presentation with colleagues or students? OneDrive is your solution.
OneDrive is a cloud storage and collaboration solution offered by Microsoft 365 and is integrated into Claw Mail. OneDrive allows anyone with a GGC student account to create, edit, and share files stored for internet access across any device.
With OneDrive, you can:
- Store
- Share
- Collaborate
- Store up to 1 terabyte(TB) of music, images, documents, and more.
- Access earlier versions of your data .
- Synchronize local files to OneDrive in real-time.
- Share access links to your OneDrive files and folders.
- Share files with users affiliated with GGC through email.
- Share files with users outside of GGC via a link .
- Participate in real-time collaboration and editing of documents.
- Provide editing or viewing options to collaborative partners.
- Modify who has access to your files.
