BoodleBox 

IT offers BoodleBox as a supported generative AI tool providing access to multiple models including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and more. BoodleBox does not use user provided data to train models. 

A BoodleBox account requires a budget manager to approve BoodleBox Access requests and provide a budget transfer request (BTR) to IT. The subscription cost is $180 per account annually.  Once the BTR is approved, IT will create your BoodleBox account. 

Student or Class Accounts 

Individual student or class accounts may be requested by a faculty or staff member and must be approved by a budget manager.  Budget managers must provide a budget transfer request (BTR) to IT. Once the BTR is approved, IT will create the requested BoodleBox account(s).
