Information Technology (IT) issues, manages, and supports the following technology options for all employees:
- Laptop/desktop computers
- general specifications include an i5 CPU, 16GB RAM, 550 GB solid state hard drive
- Some related peripherals such as an external monitor and docking station
All employees must complete an off-campus device agreement for any laptop issued to them.
Laptops/desktops issued by IT include GGC licensed software such as the Office365 suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Repondus, Kaltura Capture, and more.
Software Purchases and Installations
IT can install software licensed by schools and departments.
IT typically does not purchase software licenses for schools and departments.

Computers are replaced every 4 years as budget permits.
