The Class Picture Book provides faculty with access to their class rosters for all courses for the current semester (as well as the immediate past semester). The class roster provides:
- picture of each student
- Grizzly Den (Banner) ID of each student
- major
- overall GPA
- classification
- student type
The Class Picture Book also provides the distribution of grades earned in that course per semester for the most recent four fall and spring terms.
Accessing Class Picture Book
Access to Class Picture Book is limited to faculty.
Faculty must be on-campus using the college’s network or must be connected to VPN from off-campus locations.
Faculty must login using their GGC Account.
While much of the information provided in Class Picture Book is also available to faculty via Grizzly Den (Banner), this service connects Grizzly Den (Banner) and the Claw Card system giving faculty the ability to connect a name with a face.
