Information Technology, Operations, and Facilities used the extra-long winter break to make enhancements to several learning spaces around the campus.
Four A-Building Classrooms Updated with HyFlex Features
A1300, A1730, A1740, and A1750 were updated with new features designed to support the hyflex instructional model.
Specifically, these rooms received the following:
Upgraded projector
Upgraded projection surface/whiteboard
In-ceiling microphones and speakers
Voice lift device at podium/lectern
Wall-mounted PTZ cameras
Updated control panel on a new podium/lectern
Upgraded AirMedia (wireless presentation)
New audio-visual components in A building HyFlex classrooms.The new lectern in the hyflex classroom includes a voice lift device/feature. The voice lift device resembles a microphone but is only for voice lift in the classroom.Cable cubby for HDMI connection in new HyFlex classrooms.The new hyflex classrooms include an updated user interface on the control panel. B1500 and B1600, were updated with additional features meant to support and enhance the hyflex instructional model.
B1500 and B1600 received the following:

2 Confidence monitors
Updated control panel on a new podium/lectern
