The Help Desk, in room A-1040, is GGC’s technology support desk and helps students, faculty and staff resolve IT issues. Help Desk tickets can be submitted online, but the Help Desk offers walk-in assistance. The ticketing system also holds forms for faculty and staff to request new software installations and data.
