The Help Desk has temporarily been moved
On January 2, 2026, Information Technology (IT) will temporarily begin operating the Help Desk in the Kaufman Library (Building L) on the first floor during Project J-440.
The Help Desk is GGC’s technology support desk and helps students, faculty and staff resolve IT issues. Help Desk tickets can be submitted online, but the Help Desk offers walk-in assistance. The ticketing system also holds forms for faculty and staff to request new software installations and data.

Standard Hours of Operation (Fall and Spring Semesters)
Monday-Thursday: 7:30am – 7:00pm
Friday: 7:30am-5:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am-2:00pm
Sunday: Closed

Summer Semester
