Grizzly Learning Path is Georgia Gwinnett College’s learning management system for faculty and staff. The Grizzly Learning Path helps create a work environment with clear job expectations and empowers people to perform to their best abilities.
Powered by Skillsoft Percipio, Grizzly Learning Path houses our mandatory compliance and regulatory courses. The faculty and staff required compliance courses will be under “My Assignments” and accessible online. The LMS will inform you of the required courses to take and their deadlines. Additionally, the “Compliance History” section maintains a list of completed past courses, which helps GGC and the employee stay current.
Grizzly Learning Path is more than a course compliance tracking and delivery system. It offers excellent online professional development courses and resources through the “Library” at no cost to GGC employees. The extensive courseware library’s design incorporates easy, fun, and fast methods in the learning content. Grizzly Learning Path helps employees keep current professionally with courses in software technology, OneUSG Career trainings, performance management, industry-specific certifications, and much more. Employees can manage their professional learning path by setting various learning goals.
