Universal Design for Learning: Syllabus Design Considerations (Summer Institute – Inclusive Teaching)

The CTE welcomes you to our 2024 Summer Institute. This year’s event will be held completely online, and will feature three learning tracks on topics that we feel are particularly relevant:
- Generative AI
- Inclusive Teaching
- Critical Thinking
Facilitator: Tracy Adkins Burge (Information Technology)
Description: In this session, we will create an easy to navigate syllabus in MyCourses using the Content tool and HTML templates. The syllabus will take on a “deconstructed” format that makes it easy for students to locate information and provides instructors with the ability to track which students have viewed specific pieces of information and the option to create campaigns using intelligent agents to encourage students to engage with the syllabus.
